And we have one of our members here at Active Rain to thank for it! Glen Ginsberg made the news last night here in Southwest Florida announcing the end to the negative trend in Real Estate here! "The higher end homes are selling," said Ginsburg. "We are now starting to stabilize and I honestly believe with the season coming up, we will see an increase in volume.".
The news media has gone and done it -- they did a positive piece on Southwest Florida Real Estate! So it made the news, the market is starting back on its upward swing. This is something that we have been saying for a long time, the news media just caught up with us!
Watch out Fence Sitters, the time is now! With the lowest prices we have seen in Southwest Florida in a long while, there are many wonderful opportunities around. But don't think that they will last and you can wait!

Colleen, that's great news for your area. Surprisingly, I've been seeing an increase in activity in December, too. I hope sometime soon, it'll be you being interviewed by the local news channel.
Carole, you're right... he does look a lot like Bob Barker!
Colleen, the Naples Daily News had a great article quoting Fishkind which talked about stabalizing in Lee County & increasing again in Collier County.
Also, a recent article in the Ft. Myers newspress urged buyers to buy now before this is all over & prices stabalize then start appreciating again.
The media is positive again? Wow, this is great :)
Love the hat, see you soon...
Glad to hear it! We are seeing the market improve over here in Palm Bech County also!
