    Colleen, an architect told Al Gorithm (just the other day) that all residences in Celebration have to be primary residences.  Is that true?

    No, but there are restrictions on the type of rentals that you can have.

    The Related Properties are all great and exciting news.  They build great properties and aren't known in this area for the problems of many of the smaller developments.

    Jorge Perez has been in the news a lot recently for his friendship with another South Florida developer... Donald Trump. 

    Trump actually models some of his new developments after Perez' success.

    I know many of the properties you listed... all top notch.  Some luxury, some moderate ... all great locations and great amenities.

    Colleen, I do not know of any Condo Hotels around here, but I think that this is a great concept.  What price range do you think these units will be selling for.

    Lisa -- thanks for stoping by...  It is a great project, but remember that Condo Hotels are regulated and cannot be used as a primary residence.

    George -- They haven't announced that yet, but I have a feeling there will be a range of options.
