Florida Mortgage | Fixed Rate with Interest Only
Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) are not very unpopular right now thanks to the media bashing them. To make things worse, they currently (August 31, 2007) have higher rates than Fixed Rate Mortgages. This poses a problem for people that want a lower payment but now are demanding the secure rate of a Fixed Rate Mortgage. The answer to this problem is found in Hybrid Mortgages. These loans combine the security of a long-term rate with a lower payment in the early stages of the loan.

Always a hot topic on Marco Island the Track K debate begins again!
The City of Marco Island may soon enter into negotiations with Collier County School District staff to acquire one of the last pieces of undeveloped land on the island not owned by the city.
The Deltona Corporation master plan for the Marco Island community included every aspect of life on Marco Island. Track K was set aside for schools, more specifically a high school. Collier County School Board is not going to build a school there, so the debate begins what to do with the land....
